The location for the works of street artists became electrical distribution cabinets, painted as a part of the "Youth Art Patrol" project.

The main idea was to integrate new street art objects into the city's colour code. The palette included shades that correspond to the surrounding environment. Each artwork carries meaning: horses near the Gribushin House reflect his admiration for them; a visual representation of sound appears at the Perm Philharmonic; and a reimagined prime meridian stands by the City Post Office.

City authorities are steadily working to make the urban space both comfortable and beautiful. Collaboration with street artists allows them to achieve two goals: to bring aesthetics to the city by providing young creators with a space for self-expression in a socially valuable way. Next year the public art programme will be continued and expanded citywide.

This project was realized by the initiative of Perm’s residents: a grant for its realization was won this year by non-profit organization PRENKA (Perm Jewish National Cultural Autonomy) in the social and cultural projects competition held by PJSC LUKOIL. It was implemented with support of the City Department of Culture and Youth Policy.
